Upon arrival at Kathmandu's international airport, a “We Trek & Expeditions” representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel in Boudhanath, a peaceful area known for its iconic stupa.
After check-in, you can rest or explore the area, depending on your arrival time. In the evening, there will be a briefing session about the trek.

Today, explore the rich cultural heritage of the Kathmandu Valley with a mix of adventure, art, and spirituality. Start with a treasure hunt in Bhaktapur, one of Nepal’s best-preserved medieval cities, famous for its intricate temples, narrow streets, and traditional Newari architecture. This fun activity lets you explore hidden corners, historic squares, and local markets while solving clues along the way.
Next, enjoy an initiation to pottery, where you can try your hand at traditional Newari pottery techniques in a local workshop, guided by skilled artisans. This hands-on experience gives insight into one of the valley’s oldest crafts.
In the afternoon, visit Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple), perched on a hilltop overlooking Kathmandu. Explore the stupa complex, spin prayer wheels, and enjoy panoramic views of the city and surrounding hills.

After breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to the domestic airport for your flight to Bhairahawa. The flight is 30 minutes and upon arrival in Bhairahawa, you will be transferred by road to Lumbini, approximately 30 minutes away. Lumbini, popularly known as the birthplace of the Buddha, is a spiritual and sacred place. Check-in at Hotel Lumbini. In the evening, take a walk around town and explore the local markets.

Breakfast at the hotel and take an exciting rickshaw ride to visit the Lumbini Garden. Inside this UNESCO World Heritage Site, you will come across various pagoda-styled temples and monasteries built by various countries like Thailand, China, Myanmar, Mongolia, Vietnam, etc. The most noted and important temple on the premise enshrines the traditional location of Buddha’s birth. The Maya Devi temple is one of the major attractions of Lumbini. The temple is a white building that protects the exact spot of Buddha’s birth, denoted by a marker stone. The Bodhi tree is the tree where Maya Devi rested in the shade while she was traveling. It was there that she went into labor and took a ritual dip in the nearby pond, which is believed to be the place where Buddha took his first bath too.

After breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to Bhairahawa airport for your flight to Bharatpur Chitwan which takes around 15 min – “Option take a jeep – Drive time 4 and half hours approx.”
Upon arrival at Bharatpur, airport where you will be met by a resort crew who will transfer you to their resort at Chitwan. Upon arrival at the resort, serve a welcome drink in the resort lounge area and have lunch. After lunch settle into your room and later explore the resort area with some refreshments. Later stroll around the Narayani River with the resident elephant with the naturalists and watch the family of elephant bathes and frolic while you enjoy a sundowner and return to the lodge for hot showers and cold beverages before dinner.

Begin your day early with a peaceful canoe ride on the Rapti River, gliding past calm waters where you can spot mugger crocodiles, gharials, and a variety of colorful water birds. Afterward, enjoy a guided jungle walk with an experienced naturalist, exploring the rich flora and fauna of the park and keeping an eye out for deer, monkeys, and rare bird species.
Return to the lodge for breakfast and a short rest. In the afternoon, set out on an exciting jeep safari through the grasslands and dense forests of Chitwan National Park. This thrilling ride offers the chance to see one-horned rhinoceroses, sambar deer, wild boars, and possibly even the elusive Bengal tiger, along with other wildlife in their natural habitat.

After breakfast, you bid farewell to the lowlands of Chitwan and begin your journey back to Kathmandu. Upon arrival in Kathmandu (1,400 m), check into your hotel and spend the afternoon at leisure, relaxing, shopping for souvenirs in Thamel or Boudhanath, or visiting nearby cultural landmarks.
