Step beyond the ordinary; conquer Nepal’s iconic 6000m peaks and stand where adventure meets the sky.

Conquer Nepal’s 6000m Peaks

Peaks above 6,000 meters (19,685 feet) are considered the gateway to true Himalayan mountaineering. Nepal alone is home to hundreds of these summits, making them popular choices for climbers seeking their first taste of high-altitude adventure. Mountains like Island Peak (Imja Tse), Mera Peak, Lobuche East, and Pisang Peak fall in this category, often categorized as “trekking peaks.”

At this altitude, oxygen is thinner, but still manageable with proper acclimatization. The risks of altitude sickness, cold weather, and challenging terrain remain real, though less severe than in the higher ranges. Climbers encounter glaciers, ice ridges, and steep slopes that require technical equipment and basic mountaineering skills. The experience often involves both trekking through remote valleys and climbing with ropes, crampons, and ice axes
