Terms and Conditions for Trekkers in Nepal
Welcome to our trekking services in Nepal. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our trekkers, we have outlined the following terms and conditions. Please take a moment to review these guidelines, which cover important aspects such as booking procedures, payments, conduct, and responsibilities. Your understanding and compliance with these terms are essential to a successful trekking adventure in the beautiful landscapes of Nepal.
Booking in Advance and payments:
Clients are required to book a trip 2 months before the trip.
It is mandatory for clients to deposit 30% of the total cost at the time of booking.
The remaining 70% of the total charge should be paid after arriving in Nepal, before the start of the trek.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation 30 Days Prior to Departure (20% deduction of the total trip amount)
Cancellation 20 Days Prior to Departure (30% deduction of the total trip amount)
Cancellation 1 Week Prior to Departure (70% deduction of the total trip amount)
No Refund once the trip begins
No refund in case of an incomplete trek due to injury or any reason.
Agreement of Compliance:
Clients must comply with the rules and regulations of Nepal.
Engaging in any unlawful activities is strongly discouraged, and the company will not support or advocate for guests who intentionally or unintentionally violate the law. If the company identifies any illegal conduct by a client, it reserves the right to contact the authorities and hand over the client for appropriate action. The company is not obligated to provide financial compensation if a client comes under the jurisdiction of law enforcement due to unlawful behavior.
 Furthermore, during tours, treks, or expeditions, the team leader assumes full authority, and their decisions are considered final. Our team leaders and guides are carefully selected based on extensive training and experience in mountainous regions. To ensure the safety and well-being of our clients, we strongly advise clients to trust the expertise of our team leaders and follow their instructions. In cases of conflicts among clients, whether verbal or physical, the company's staff will mediate and, if necessary, have the right to involve the police for resolution.
Company will not refund any amount in case of early completion of schedule:
Flight Cancellations (International/Domestic):
Any flight cancellation, unless it is done by the company, will not require the company to provide any financial compensation. However, it is within the duty of the agency to arrange a hotel for guests in case of flight cancellations.
Charges for overnight stay and food have to be borne by the client himself/herself due to some issues like cancelation of flight or some natural disaster.
Agreement of Accommodation:
Clients are encouraged to understand the trip details before booking.
Meals:
Three meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner, plus Tea/Coffee) will be provided.
We will make sure the best food is provided, but clients are required to follow the guidelines of the tour guide while choosing the food menu.
Stuff and Equipment:
Clients must return any materials, gear, or equipment provided by the company at the end of the trip.
Clients are responsible for paying compensation for any damage to the equipment.
Children:
All children below the age of 16 are required to be accompanied by their legal guardian.
Extra Activities:
To engage in additional activities such as skiing, drone flying, paragliding, or displaying large flags, clients must notify the company in advance. These activities incur charges imposed by the Nepal Government. If clients fail to inform the company beforehand, they will be solely responsible for all associated costs, and the company will not assume any liability. However, if clients provide prior notification, the company will ensure that all necessary procedures are followed correctly. Engaging in any of the aforementioned activities without notifying the company and obtaining the required permits from the authorities will be considered an unlawful action.
Modifications:
Clients should inform the company via email of any changes to arrangements at least 2 weeks before the trip.
Expenses related to government permits, travel tickets, or insurance that cannot be refunded will be the responsibility of the client.
Clients are also responsible for the cancellation of airfares purchased on their behalf.
